2. Payments
For US , Canadian or international buyers payment can be done via Visa/Master credit card or BankWire. Your credit card information is directly send to payment gateway via secure socket layer connection. We never keep your credit card information.
For Canadian only buyers, you can make e-transfer (interac) to the provided e-mail address. You are expected to fullfil e-transfer in two business days.
3. Shipments and returns
Items are shipped to Canada , US or world-wide with Canada-Post within 3 days after the payment is done.
All items to US will be shipped with tracked-pack with a shipment cost of around 10-15CAD (7-10USD).
All items to World-Wide will be shipped with international tracking with a shipment cost of 15USD.
All items with-in Canada will be shipped either with letter-post (2-5 CAD) or registered/flat-rate (10-20CAD) box according to item cost/weıght or buyer's choice.
Photo/Video of posting is generally taken as a proof of shipping besides tracking number if any.
You may return undamaged items within 15 days after you received the items, at buyers expense to following address: Full refund will be done after inspecting/comparing the returned items.
